| fantastic for gmail,facebook and browsing. app catalogue is not great yet, but far from dead either. I would recommend it for anyone browsing the internet from the sofa. |

| I am very impressed with the quality and performance of this laptop. I always get a business class HP every few years, and I just upgraded from my 6715b, which was pretty solid. This new 6560b is very sleek, and the aluminum case feels very sturdy. It is so much faster than my old model, it boots very quickly even with a lot of applications loaded. The only thing I don't like is the DVD-ROM button, it is in a difficult spot due to the angle of the side of the laptop. It may have been designed like that on purpose, because when putting it in a bag it is unlikely to get pressed. I've pulled my 6715 out of my backpack and had the drive almost get ripped out. The keyboard is "clicky" which is really nice compared to the softer keyboard on my old laptop. One last nice thing is that it still has a serial port, which is useful for configuring routers and specialized IT equipment. |

| Not sure what they did but the Slate2 is fantastic. A full laptop in a Tablet. Great functionality, speed and battery life. This has finally enabled this road warrior to be paperless. HP is back!! so long iPad. |

| My company has rolled out many of these and we are very impressed with the build quality and performance. It has a really premium feel and the keyboard is excellent as the keys are well spaced and feel indestructible. Relatively quiet and cool as well thanks to the latest sandy bridge processors. |

| My wife is a CPA and she consults for several different companies. So the combination of semi-ruggedized construction along with a separate numeric keypad makes for the best possible laptop for her. I don't know why HP doesnt market these better (eg, at Best Buy, etc); they are SO much better than the consumer laptops (which are flimsy). |

| I have the 4720s, for the 17 inch size its pretty light. Screen is great with the anti-glare, the ceiling lights and windows behind me now do not disturb my work. i5 processor is speedy for most tasks. I added 4GB to the existing 4GB and it does not run out of memory even if I have 30 browser tabs open. Keyboard is excellent and typing is a pleasure with the island keys. Num pad is a must for those working with numbers. Cons, the lid does not have a lock, and the screen will not tilt beyond 120 degrees (my thinkpad screen used to tilt a full 180 degrees and a bit beyond). Its very hard to add RAM, have to take the whole machine apart but do-able as a one time thing. Battery life for regular office use is about 3.5 hours per charge which is a bit less. Make sure you get the 7200rpm hard drive or the system will seem slow. Windows 7 pro is great and have not had any problems at all over the past year I have used this machine. Overall, an excellent buy for the price. Reliable, great build for a reasonable price. |

| Good laptop. Good idea with illuminated keyboard.
Ugly keyboard... Looks cheap.
Please move the AC/DC adapter connector in the laptop's right side (left side viewed from front). Same problem with other cables. A better quality display will be appreciated. |
